Cook Like a Breton Virtual Cooking Class

You are invited to a virtual cooking class with Michelin-starred Chef Nicolas Conraux from the Region of Bretagne in France who will share a unique traditional Breton recipe live on zoom. Learn to make a special recipe from his restaurant and hotel in Bretagne, La Butte. Please welcome Nicolas in the comfort of your home and enjoy the international flavor. Once registered, we will send you the ingredient list as well as the Zoom Meeting joining details. 

Recommended Donation:

This event is $15 for DSCI members and $20 for non-members. Proceeds will support Chef Nicolas while his restaurant and hotel is under lockdown and Denver Sister Cities International Brest-Denver Committee projects like this that bring Denver closer to the world. 

About Nicolas: 

Nicolas Conraux trained at the Ecole Hôtelière in Strasbourg, where he met his wife Solène, before coming to Finistère in 1999. It was in the village of Plouider, near the town of Lesneven, that Solène’s father Hervé Bécam (then Chef at La Butte) initiated him into the secrets of the family business and invited him, in 2007, to express his creativity in the kitchen. Nicolas’ skill in the kitchen was rewarded in 2014 with a Michelin star which La Table de La Butte, gastronomic restaurant presided over by its talented Chef, has since retained – to the delight of its clients’ taste buds!
