How to Prepare for Lunar New Year Celebration

1 – Make sure you have registered for the event so you receive the Zoom access information.

You do not have to have a Zoom account to participate.

You can watch the event via a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. Either download the Zoom App or participate in your internet browser (i.e. Safari or Chrome)

If you are out and about you can even watch on your smartphone! Just click the link in your email and it will automatically open in the internet browser or give you the option to join via phone and hear the audio.

2 – We want to see you!

You will have the option to turn your camera and microphone on so we can see you and celebrate together!

If you are like us and a little bored of not being able to travel and changing up your Zoom backgrounds is the most exciting thing in your life, download one of these festive Virtual Backgrounds for the event!

Make sure you are wearing red to bring you good luck in the New Year!

3 – We want to support our local Chinese Restaurants! They need our support now more than ever. So we encourage you to order takeaway before the event so you can enjoy your favorite lucky Chinese dishes and ring in the New Year properly. We will even give you a chance to share what you ordered.
